#AskTheExpert Hi Doctor, I have 2 questions : 1. Please suggest one good formula milk for my 5 months old baby boy. 2. Should we continue using coconut oil in baby's hairs in winters as well or should we switch to some other oil in winters. If yes, then can we apply himalaya massage oil in baby hairs as well?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and after the age of six months you can give baby formula milk as breastfeeding exclusively for the first six months and also yes you can use Himalaya oil for your baby .. Take care
