Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent, for cooking you can use half teaspoon of of ghee for one soup bowl quantity size food.
Avoid using refined olive. Ghee should be home made just to avoid preservatives that you get from ghee from the market.
