my baby is 19 months old. to cook any thing in oil ...for baby which oil is better olive oil or mustered oil... plz suggest ...

Mustard oil is good there is no problem with that but the only thing is that I would like to suggest you instead of using a regular refined mustard oil go for cold mustard oil that’s generally is going to be helpful and healthy for the entire family so coldpressed oils are any Day better
