#AskTheExpert hello dr i had my c sec done on 24th aug and still am looking like 7 month pregnant.. my weight is still the same as it was during pregnancy.. pls tell me how to reduce it.. am eating home cook healthy food only

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom this varies among women, though wearing abdominal belt , would be helpful as body has undergone lot of changes and is still doing it may take time to settle down.
You may get involved in some form of physical. Exercise as well and also be mindful of what you eat
