#AskTheExpert Hello Dr .it's being 3 month to my C sec and still my tummy is like I am 7 month pregnant..what can I do to reduce it

Siri it is common with everybody and an all the delivery is the stomach becomes a little hanging only but the best way only to reduce down with a workout and diet plan that you can continue with once you quit breastfeeding the time you can take a diet plan and for exercising you have to wait for at least 6 to 7 months because the internal stitches for C-section take a lot of time to meet
