Q.

good morning. I had a c sec on Nov 24th it's 4 months now but still my periods did not start . is there anything to worry

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It is mainly due to hormonal imbalances after delivery. Please take healthy diet including soaked dry fruits. Also do some post natal yoga but only under a professional yoga teacher. Please drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is good for hormonal imbalances and weight loss also. Thanks and take care
