#AskTheExpert hello doctor, I have cough and got fever for 1 day ... I checked my corona test which is negative ... but in my home all r corona positive including my husband ... so I am not getting proper diet and even taking medicine for cough as well . so I am feeling my breastmilk is getting reduce .. could you please suggest me any tips to increase BM.

A. garage history of Corona contact regarding the symptoms you should get a proper physical examination done by your doctor and then only your doctor will give proper guidance regarding the complain so consult your doctor once thanks

A. hi dear mom..avoid stress..as stress results in reducing the supply....keep yourself hydrated....and have well balanced meal....the more more worry the more your supply will get affected. if babys pee count is more then six in twenty four hours it means baby is full and is getting sufficient feed from you
