#asktheexpert good morning sir, my boy baby , now he is 5 months and 15 days and he is taking exclusive breastfeeding only, can I start to give fresh juice and water ? If it's ok, how much amount of water or juice to be given per day?

A. Hello there, Ma’am. Please do not worry about it too much. It is not advisable to give anything to the baby other than mothers milk till the age of six months. Mother’s milk contain in a water to keep the baby hydrated. Thanks and take care
