#AskTheExpert my 5 month old baby weighs 8kg and is on exclusive breastfeeding till now. Can I start him on solids now?

A. Hi mom The weight of ur baby is pretty good. Mother should exclusive breast feed her baby till six months. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with the semi solids like cerelac, khichdi, ripe banana, apple puree etc. Take care
