Q.

#AskTheExpert my son is 5 months old, weighs 8kg and doing exclusive breastfeeding till now. Is it good to start cow milk? when to start solids for him,? what are the symptoms of teething? is there a need to give calcium supplements to baby forteething?

A. Hello mom No you should not. Cows milk should be given only once baby turns one-year-old. Till the time baby should be your mother’s milk or formula milk. And what is your baby turned six months old and you can start giving solids and water to your baby till the time continue with milk
