#asktheexpert Good morning Mam, my baby is 5 months old From vaginal birth. she is on exclusive breastfeeding by birth and from yesterday I got my periods and feel cramping in abdomen. Is my periods are normal or not?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,it is normal no worries but if you get heavy bleeding , heavy cramps then please visit your gynecologist for once. take Healthy and nutritious diet. keep your self well hydrated. take enough sleep.
