A. dear mum, for every season, the diet of the child should be made up of variety of food groups. in summer good fluid intake and diet is necessary give plenty of water, curd and buttermilk, banana are good for stomach homemade fresh food. give variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables because these are rich in water like watermelon, muskmelon, grapes, cucumber, spinach. give small frequent meals. avoid fried food clean safe water. maintain good hygiene, encourage hand wash with soap
