#asktheexpert can I use olive oil for massage to my 3 months old girl baby...if I use that how to use. whether directly or heat

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. hi, you can use olive oil to massage ur 3 month old baby. Warm the oil by rubbing it between your palms.Very gently rub it into your baby's skin.

yes you can use
no need to heat it
use as it is
but as baby's skin can be allergic to this oil ,first do patch test so you may know whether your child skin is comfortable with it or not
