#AskTheExpert Can I get my wife vaccinated for COVID-19 ? we have a boy who will turn 3 months on 24th this month.

HarithaMom of a 4 yr 4 m old girl4 years agoA. my baby is 1 month 29 days yesterday I took covid vaccine .Night I took paracetamol 650mg today I am feeling feverish can I have paracetamol tablet again because I am breast feeding can I take the tablet.

definitely you can go for vaccination because as per recent recommendations on 19th of May Government of India has also started recommending vaccinations for lactating mothers so yes you can go for it
and you can start giving breastfeeding immediately after the vaccination also
