A. yes you can do exercises Only b k Only way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. Hi Belly fat is always a problem but if you want to lose it down go ahead with intermittent fasting starting with 12 hours and ending for a minimum of 16 hours per day so this is what you’ll have to go ahead with and dietary alterations and exercising also is
