POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl4 years agoA. In 6 months, it will be too early to give dry fruits or nuts to the baby in any form. As semi solid goods are recently introduced in the diet, their body is still adapting to it and digestion is also slow.
You can give mixed dry fruits powder form 7 or 8 months onwards by mixing in other foods. Iron, proteins, minerals and vitamins present in dry fruits like almonds, walnut, raisin, dates and edible seeds are essential for healthy growth and development of baby.
