A. Hi Usually salted nuts are deep fried. also the salt content in them is very high So best is to avoid them Give normal nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews, dates, to the child.

A. dear ma'am as we know that excess of salt is not good for kids as well as for adults giving once a while is ok but it should not be in a habit because it contains a lot of salt which is not a good option for introducing your little one so you must try giving soaked almonds in summers and without soaking in winters it is much more healthy
