Q.

#askthedoctor, Reyansh has a sweet tooth, how much sweets can he take in a day? I know too much sugar is not good, how can I keep him away fr chocolates and candies?

A. hello mam it is totally up to you you can give any number of sweets and chocolates to your baby but make sure your kid washes and rinses the mouth after having anything sweet

A. Hi parent you can give one home made sweet with jaggery honey or dates once a day it is good for your child growth and development please always prefer healthy and tasty home made food to your child
