Q.

#asktheexpert Hi, my son is diagnosed with ADHD and is undergoing therapy. I have been told by his therapists that sugar and all other types of sweets will trigger his hyperness. I wanted to know how if it's really true? How can I cut down sugar entirely from his diet? He has a sweet tooth
