#asktheexperts lam a mother of 8 year boy he had a sweet tooth so his belly is coming out as we can see it. we are very worried now we stop giving him sweets. please tell me else what can we do ?

A. give a healthy diet to your child and make your child exercise for some time in a day. reduce the screen time and involve him in some outdoor activities to keep fit and healthy
