Q.

#asktheexpert My baby who is 10 months old now was a good eater..All of a sudden she has stopped eating..What should I do, as it stresses me out to not see her eating even one meal of the day..I don't even see this as a teething process because she has only got one tooth when she was 8 months old

A. Hi during teething phase kids suffer from loss of appetite and they tend to reject food intake. give whatever food your baby is liking to avoid any nutritional deficiencies. this condition will subside after the eruption of teeth.

A. If your baby refuses to eat a particular food, don't assume he'll never eat it. It can take time for babies to get used to the idea of new foods. In fact, you may need to offer each new food as many as 10 times, on separate occasions, before your little one will try a taste!
