Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber.

You can walk daily half an hour.
Do aerobic exercise, swimming,cycling,
Perform resistance training,
Yoga, Suryanamaskaar,
Pranayam.

U Cannot go for any work out before completing the time of 8 to 9 months of your delivery because that is when your internal stitches are going to heal and you can go for exercising and dieting also should be done once you stop breastfeeding the child so that’s the best way to lose on your weight after any delivery
