A. Hi, since it’s been two years after your delivery you can start with walking and yoga. Yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and keep yourself fit and tighten your skin post delivery. Have a healthy fibre and calcium rich food. Take adequate liquid and keep yourself hydrated. Avoid oily and spicy food.Write Your Answer Here
