#askexperts I'm over weight. I have hypothyroidism and anemia with iron deficiency. please suggest

A. Dear ma’am, for hypothyroidism you can take dhania tea/dhania water regularly. And for anemia if non vegetarian then you can consume liver, egg etc and if vegetarian always combine iron rich foods with Vit c. Eg: Raisins with orange, Spinach salad with lemon juice, rajma and bell pepper salad with lemon juice etc.. as for weight a lot of factors are involved.
