two months iam not having periods iam breastfeeding mother for one year child am I having anemia iron deficiency

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It needs to be checked so consult your gynaecologist once as it might be due to breast feeding and anaemia can also be the reason so eat iron rich foods and Vitamin c rich fruits as well

Hi parents irregularities in periods is very common and normal during feeding periods so no need to worry about it please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well if necessary please consult with your gynecologist please maintain hygiene properly with Babyhug instant sanitizer
