A. You should take care of two things like first is diet avoid oily fried junk foods and limit your sweets intake and start some physical exercise in your daily routine like yoga under expert guidance and maintain a healthy lifestyle

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have more rich fiber and proteins diet.. also hve more salad and fruits in lunch and dinner. also follow regular excercise and yoga routine and yoga planks are the best way to loose belly fat. take care
