#askexperts i delivered my baby girl on 31st December 2020. Mine was a c section. How soon can I start exercising and what kind of diet should I have ??

A. Hi, you need to take rest for five months as it is a cesarean. Once you complete five months you can start with slow walking and after a month you can start with yoga. Yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and get into shape and tighten your skins after delivery. Have a healthy diet food and take adequate liquid and keep yourself which is very important for a breastfeeding mom. Take food in smaller feed and in smaller intervals.do not give a long gap and be hunger.Write Your Answer Here
