Following few guidelines can help u
Have small and frequent meals. Do not have large meals
Have breakfast
Include protein like paneer, low fat milk and curd, sprouts, soya, daal and beans, eggs, chicken in your breakfast lunch and dinner
Have salad and 1 glass of water 20 mins before your lunchtime and dinner
Reduce the intake of maida, sugar, extra salt, processed and packaged food, sugary drinks, fried food and sweets
Water 2l per day
Have jeera water empty stomach
Workout for 45 min daily
