You need to eat protein fiber rich diet
if u have sweet tooth then look for natural resources n replacements like stevia, dates, fruits etc

Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
