#askexperts how can I loose my wait I m 80kg and can't leave without sweet

A. Hi to lose weight you need to follow and eat small n frequent feed in interval of two to three hrs You need to eat protein fiber rich diet if u have sweet tooth then look for natural resources n replacements like stevia, dates, fruits etc

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the sugar intake as much as possible. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Eat more protein and fibre rich foods. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Be patient and persistent in your efforts.
