add good nutrition add.loe fat milk and milk products seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables eggs nuts etc

Hello ma’am If you completed about 6 to 8 months of your delivery then go for a proper diet you can just take help from an expert that’s a dietician along with that if you want you can start with a proper exercise whatever suits you the best because one is incomplete and without the another so you have to do both the things together in order to at least come down to 65 kg
