A. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. avoid sugar and fatty diet. start with brisk walk and slowly switch to simple exercises avoid sitting for prolonged hours

A. hello dera, you should start your weight loss journey with clean eating, portion control drink plenty of water and some yoga and excercise...walk is also a good option ..a brisk walk for 30minutes is very effective in weight loss.
