#askexperts hey! My son is 4 yrs now.. despite all my efforts I am unable to loose weight. I am exercising and dieting everything, but nothing is working.

A. Best way to loose weight is to include fiber and protein rich foods in your diet and keep yourself well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Do skin toning exercises like squats, jogging, swimming, breathing, brisk walking, cycling, skipping, running and Yogasanas. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and ready to eat foods. Drink warm jeera water first thing in the morning everyday. Dieting is not recommended, but eat healthy.
