A. Start exercising for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Eat mindfully, reduce your calorie intake especially fatty and oily foods, processed and packaged foods. Have a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. Have all seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
