Q.
As per doctor advice i used lactare tablets for 1 week.. milk supply was better when i used it.. when I stopped it became low.. can I continue those medicines? If yes till how is it safe to take?

Yes actually you can take it every day there is no problem it’s totally safe to be taken till the time you will take it till at least have a good boost for six months initially as you suggested to exclusively breastfeed the child you should definitely take them
