as i wwant to reduce my weight...what exercises nd yoga i shud do

A. start with walk and slowly switch to jogging.. running...yoga or cardio workout. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. drink lukewarm water. continue breastfeeding to burn Extra calories

A. hi start with gentle exercises like pilates, gentle jogging etc then you can do Suryanamashkar, pranayam ,yoga like matsyasan ,bhujangasana etc walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual.
