First thing thyroid medicine should be taken on empty stomach in morning and do not take anything for half an hr..
Have dhaniya water after 30 min of taking thyroid medicine
Eat more fruits and vegetables and less junk food, namkeen, achar, sweets and sugar
Take protein like daal, toned milk, paneer, sprouts, beans, egg white with meals
Have green tea post lunch and dinner
Water 3l per day
Work out for 45 mins daily
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there maam please do not worry about it too much and lso you can loose weight by having balance diet and regular excercise and yoga routine. and also have more rich fiber and proteins diet. and please check your thyroid level time to time and follow the prescription.
