after pregnancy how to loss weight. now my baby complete 5months

A. hi parent you have a kid is 5 months, gentle exercise can be initiated along with yoga after 6 months, take diet rich in fruits and vegetables rather than carbohydrates and fats

A. Hello ma’am If you had a normal delivery then you can start with light workout like you got or something and if you have had a C-section then you’ll have to wait for 6 to 8 months completion as once your stitches heal completely after that only you can go for proper workout. So go for workout and take a proper diet from a dietician so that you lose on your weight in
