Q.

after delivery six months passed. I didn't get my periods back. can I eat regesterone tablet to get my periods back normal? Do eating this effect my lactation? I breast feed my child, I'm worried if I eat do it harmful to baby?

A. No need to take as due to breast feeding you might not be getting periods do have patience and focus on eating a healthy nutritious diet and stay physically active and if you want you can consult your gynaecologist once
