is it normal to have irregular periods after normal delivery ? I gave birth to baby 6 months ago ....after 40 days of birth I inserted copper T ..I got my periods last month...This month I didn't get my periods isit normal

A. can try other options. Contraception of proper types you need. regularly use n not missing is important. avoid multiple dose changeWell, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this.
