after delivery m not able to lose my weight n hence m having back problems as well as my legs r paining wht to do pls help

A. dear mom keep small targets of loosing 2 to 3 kgs in a month eat good class of proteins in diet have variety of vegetables and fresh fruits exercise for atleast half an hour daily
