Hi Mam, can I start exercising as my legs are paining after delivery.. can I include gym

A. yes can start with light exercise. and do apply warm mustard oil on legs n do massage on regular basis, continue with calcium n vit d supplements. take care

A. If you have had a normal delivery of course you can go ahead with that but if you had a C-section in one time check with your gynaecologist if you say that you are physically fit and you can hit the gym then please go for it
