after completing of 6 weaks of c section my Dr suggested to do everything like climbing stairs, work out, back to normal life but i ve heard should wait till 3 months and should nt climb stairs n all so plz suggest wat to do?

A. Hello good morning !! Yes it takes 45-50 days to recover from stitches but to heal inside it takes 3+ months 5-6 months to recover. You can start using stairs but slowly but for work outs, washing clothes, weight lifting you have to wait for 5-6 months because every body type is different and takes time to heal inside .
