After c-section which month is good to start weightloss exercises and which positions are best to loss weight

A. u can start exercise after 4-5 months. First start warm up only . It is better that u consult a doctor and ask that you have no any issue and you can start exercise.

A. good evening for the first 10 to 12 months I could not recommend you to do any kind of exercise you can start by doing yoga gradually you can switch to more rigorous exercises for weight loss
