After C section, when can we start work out to reduce weight.

A. Hello mom after about age of 6 months of the baby and depends on how well you have been recovering you can start . Take care of your diet as too much of restrictions will effect your milk production.

A. Hi parent you can do work out after completion of six months please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meal please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep
