Q.

Hi. I have 2 children both were c section. After the c section I gained weight. I tried to reduce my weight but I doesn't work. Can you please give some ideas.

A. Dear mum, to lose weight, you should eat mindfully and exercise every day. Avoid processed and packaged foods. Don’t store or buy junk. Have variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables. Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake.
