after c section how many months can start doing work out

A. It is recommended to start with some light exercises only after 6 weeks of C-section delivery. Continue to do do only if you are comfortable doing do. Make sure not to put too much pressure on the stitches and avoid doing any stretching workout as it may also harm and dlow the healing process.

Hi mommy Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
