after c section my back is paining and lower back ,how long will it take to cure and what to do

A. This is basically a side-effect of epidural I would advise you to go ahead with giving Keagle exercises for at least one month twice in a day that is going to help in reducing the pain also you can keep a heat pad or hot water bottle if there is too much pain and ask your doctor if you can take a painkiller if needed
