I had c section delivery...d outer stitch is cure properly bt some time when I bentup my lower bely paining...nd it disappeared after some tym..and sometym my backbone also started paining..what should I do for overcome this problem

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Try not to bend over when lifting and picking up your baby.Keep your back straight while breastfeeding.Take a hot bath.Choose gentle exercises.Allow yourself to rest.Get a massage.
