If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do some regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron suppleghments suggested by your doctor if still you are having weakngess and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment

This is all because of weakness after delivery and in such case, you should definitely start taking iron and multivitamin supplements. And also maintain a proper diet and it is very important. So you should definitely consult with your doctor and if you are a breast feeding mother then never take any medication till it is not advised by Dr.
