include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water to keep you hydrated.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours gap and regularize your meal timings.
avoid processed, junk and fried foods, carbonated beverages, excess salt, sugar and fats, refined flour, etc
you can start with walk, exercise or yoga.

please do the following things:
start to do exercises or yoga regularly.
walk walk and walk.
don't use vehicle for short distance.
eat couple of bites less than usual.
take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more.
increase your fluid intake.
drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
maintain good hygiene.
